Return
• Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product.
• Requests made after 5 days will not be accepted.

Conditions for Returns
Brand New Sealed Products
• Returns are accepted only if the product is sealed, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Opened or used sealed products are not eligible for return.
Open Box & Refurbished Products
• Must be returned in like-new condition with all original accessories and packaging.
• Items showing signs of use may be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
Used or Opened Items
• Used or visibly worn items may incur a restocking fee of at least 20%.
• All returns are inspected prior to approval.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Accessories (chargers, cables, cases, etc.)
• Earphones & Headphones
• Home theatre equipment
• Wearables (smartwatches, earbuds, etc.)
• Open box devices (unless DOA)
• Items marked as Final Sale

Defective on Arrival (DOA)
If your item arrives defective:
• Contact us immediately upon delivery.
• After inspection and approval, a replacement will be arranged.
• DOA claims are subject to assessment.

2. Once approved, securely pack the item and ship it to the address provided by our support team.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping & Fees
• Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
• A minimum 20% restocking fee applies to open-box or used items.

Refunds
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations
• Orders canceled before shipment will be refunded minus a 3% transaction fee to cover payment processing costs.
• Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.

Warranty Coverage
International Devices
• 30-day domestic warranty covering manufacturer defects only.
Preowned Devices
• 120-day domestic warranty.
Warranty Terms:
• If repair is not possible, a replacement will be provided.
• Liquid or physical damage is not covered.
• Claims made after the warranty period will be referred to the manufacturer and handled according to their terms.

Additional Information
• A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.
• Electronics World reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving refunds or replacements.
